What the screen shows
Your personal settings, in three tabs: "My account", "Notifications" and "Members".
How to read it
- Your email is read-only; to change it, ask support.
- Notifications form a matrix: for each category (content, connections and alerts, reports and analysis alerts, trial reminders), an Email switch and a Browser switch. The browser asks for permission when you click.
- The bell always stays on. Account emails (sign-in, invitation, subscription) cannot be turned off.
- "Sign out everywhere" closes all your sessions.
- An export already made less than an hour ago is refused.
- If you are alone on a workspace, it is deleted with your account, and its subscription is cancelled: as soon as you ask, it stops at the end of the period already paid, with no further charge. If you cancel the deletion within the 30 days, the cancellation is withdrawn.
What to do next
Choose your notifications. "Download (JSON)" exports your data. "Delete my account" cuts access right away and erases the account after 30 days, and you can cancel during that time.
