Generate and publish an article

Siggmund looks for topics from your quadrants, proposes briefs, writes the one you choose, checks it, then sends it to your site as a draft if you have connected it. Nothing is written without your choice, and nothing goes live without your review.

Everything happens in Craft, in the menu. Your Brand Kit must be validated before you start a search.

The steps

  1. Find topics. Click Find topics. Siggmund reads your quadrants, the queries behind them and the pages the AI systems cite today. The search takes a few minutes; nothing is written at this step.
  2. Choose a brief. Each brief states its target query and its score out of 100. Choose one: there is no "write everything" shortcut.
  3. Adjust the writing, if you wish. The writing options (tone, length, expertise level, topics, directives, images) are optional; left empty, your Brand Kit defaults apply.
  4. Write. Click Write the article. The quality check is part of the writing. You can close the page: progress is kept, and the page refreshes on its own when you come back.
  5. Review and edit. Open the article, then Edit: you can change the title, the SEO title, the meta description and each block of the content. Click Save to keep your changes; they are not saved automatically.
  6. Publish. The Publish as draft button sends the article to your site. On WordPress and Ghost, it arrives as a draft: you then publish it from your editor, as usual.

The quality threshold

Each article gets a quality score out of 100.

An article below 85 cannot be published. The threshold cannot be bypassed, by you or by us. Your edits do not recompute the score: it is computed again at the next writing. If you edit an article after the check, a warning says that the score no longer reflects the content.

Why the publish button is sometimes unavailable

  • Images in preparation: an article is never published with a missing visual. The image counter shows how many are ready.
  • Quality below threshold: see above.
  • No platform connected: the article is ready, but Siggmund has nowhere to publish it. Connect WordPress, Ghost or a webhook in Connections.
  • Published: the article has already been sent. For WordPress and Ghost, a link opens it in your editor.

Pages to improve

Next to writing, Siggmund diagnoses your existing pages that rank just outside the top 10 (between positions 11 and 30, with enough traffic) and proposes content blocks to add to them.

  • Run Analyse my existing pages, then Generate the blocks on the page you are interested in.
  • The proposed blocks are shown in full. You can copy their HTML or download them.
  • If your WordPress site is connected, Preview on the page shows the result, then Apply on the site adds the blocks, after your consent. They are served by the Siggmund plugin on your public page, without appearing in your WordPress editor.
  • Revert (remove the blocks) removes them in one click, at any time.
