Terms of use

This English version is an informative translation. Only the French version is legally binding.
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Siggmund service, which measures how likely artificial intelligence assistants are to recommend a brand and provides SEO recommendations. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
The financial terms (price, trial, renewal, termination, withdrawal) are set out in the terms of sale. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy and, where we process data on your behalf, in the data processing agreement.
2. Access to the service
Access is by authentication through a magic link sent by e-mail. You are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox confidential and for the actions carried out from your account.
3. Connecting your Google accounts
You can connect your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts to enrich the analysis. Siggmund accesses this data read only and processes it in accordance with its privacy policy. You can revoke this access at any time, from your account or from the permissions of your Google account.
This connection is not a means of identification: it does not replace your magic-link login to Siggmund, and we request no permission that would allow us to identify you through Google. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the Google properties you connect.
4. Acceptable use
You undertake to analyse only sites for which you hold the necessary rights, and not to misuse the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.
5. Results produced by artificial intelligence
The analyses rely in part on the answers of artificial intelligence models, whose behaviour changes independently of Siggmund. They are indicative and may contain inaccuracies: they are a decision aid, not a certified audit nor a guarantee of results. The ranking of opportunities, for its part, relies on deterministic and auditable rules. Siggmund cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of these analyses.
If an analysis mentions inaccurate information about an identifiable person, you can request its rectification (see the privacy policy).
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access in the event of use contrary to these terms, of a threat to the security of the service or of non-payment, under the conditions set out in the terms of sale.
7. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Any substantial change is notified to you before it takes effect; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
8. Contact
